North East Riverside
Purpose
North East Riverside Neighborhood Association was organized in July 2013 to create an enjoyable, livable, walkable and sustainable neighborhood—all to improve neighbors' overall quality of life. The purpose of the North East Riverside Neighborhood Association is to:
- To eliminate hunger, poverty, joblessness, homelessness, and diseases.
- To be a nonprofit domestic entity.
- To participate in positive and empowering activities.
- To promote cultural awareness and cultural sensitivity.

Meeting Information
Neighborhood association meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. each month on the second Thursday at East Waco Library, 901 Elm Ave, Waco, TX 76704.

Membership Dues
Membership is open to all those who own or occupy a dwelling, operate a business, or are involved in an organization that operates within the North East Riverside boundaries, and share an interest in our mission, vision, and goals.
To join, send a check payable to “North East Riverside Neighborhood Association” to 228 Spring Street, Waco, TX 76704 along with your name, home address, email address and phone number. You may also complete a membership form and provide your membership dues at any meeting.
