Dean Highland
Purpose
The purpose of the Dean Highland Neighborhood association is to promote cooperation and connection between residents in the Dean Highland area of Waco through neighborhood improvement projects, frequent communication between local government and neighbors, and advocacy efforts of residents to address neighborhood needs.
The goals of the neighborhood association are to:
- Discuss and address neighborhood needs
- Create opportunities to get to know neighbors
- Improve the quality of life in the neighborhood for all residents
- Voice opinions about neighborhood concerns

Meeting Information
Neighborhood association meetings are held quarterly with board elections held each spring. Meetings are usually held at 6:00 p.m. at Dean Highland Elementary, 3300 Maple Ave.
Neighborhood Calendar
Membership Dues
Membership in the association is open to anyone that is interested in the objectives of the association. However, voting membership is only available to residents that own or occupy a home or own and operate a business or organization in the neighborhood. Current membership dues are donation-based with a suggestion donation of $30 per family/home.
