City of Waco Launches Water Service Line Material Map Published on October 16, 2024 The City of Waco has launched a new Service Line Material Map, allowing residents to easily identify the material of their water service line. The map was created in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency's new Lead and Copper Rule.
