Important Notice Regarding Water & Wastewater Rates Published on December 18, 2024 Effective Jan. 1, 2025, the City of Waco will be implementing an annual adjustment to the water utility rates. These increases were included in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget that City Council adopted in August and are necessary to maintain reliable water service and infrastructure for our customers.
