Thank You Mayor Meek for Nine Years of Leadership

On behalf of the City of Waco, we extend our deepest gratitude to Mayor Dillon Meek for his nine years of dedicated service on Waco City Council. We put together a special video highlighting a few fun moments from his time in office with a heartfelt message from his wife and kids at the end.

We're thankful for his outstanding work while serving on Waco City Council! A few highlights include growing our economy with new jobs and industry recruitment, improving the City's infrastructure, keeping property tax rates down for residents, supporting small businesses, and so much more! His leadership was also instrumental during the COVID-19 pandemic, multiple winter storms, and the regional drought.

Mayor Meek's thoughtful leadership and collaborative spirit will no doubt leave a lasting positive impact on our City. We wish you the best in your future with more family time!
