Join our little penguin friend as he pops up around town while making his way to Cameron Park Zoo to join the South African penguins at our new Gloria and F.M. Young Penguin Shores Exhibit!
Waco Transit dropped him off at the Waco Suspension Bridge, and so far, he's got into a little mischief at the Dr Pepper Museum and made a short and sweet stop at Milk Bottle Cookies.

South African penguins are hot weather penguins, so they'll fit right in here in Central Texas! They are the only penguin species found in Africa and are an endangered species. We can't wait for them to settle into their new home here in Waco!
