Heritage Square Parking Lot

The Waco Glass Recycling Program is a collaborative partnership with Keep Waco Beautiful, Prestige Shredding and Recycling, Strategic Materials Inc., and Glass Recycling Foundation. All glass bottle being recycled will be processed into recycled cullet to be distributed to industry manufactures, diverting from the landfill, saving on emissions and creating jobs. Every glass weigh-in will donate proceeds to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

Any visitor, citizen and business can use the purple Waco Glass Recycling containers around the City of Waco! 

Accepted: (no need to remove labels)

• glass food jars
• spirit & wine bottles
• beer bottles
• non-alcoholic glass containers 

Items Not Accepted: 

• plastic bags or cardboard boxes containing glass
• mirrors
• ceramics
• drinking glasses
• baking glassware
• solar panels
• vases
