Brush and bulky piles larger than a full-sized pick-up truckload (8 cubic yards) must go to another disposal location, such as the City of Waco Landfill. Waco residents must provide proof of residency to dispose of brush and bulky waste. Visits will be tracked. State law requires that loose loads must be tarped. • Refrigerators and other appliances containing Freon must have a label or tag indicating that the refrigerant has been removed by a certified technician. We can remove the refrigerant for a $15 fee per appliance. Appliances are recycled and not counted as bulky waste.

  • Tires: A maximum of four tires, off the rim, can be recycled per visit. Size Limit: 20”, no commercial or industrial tires. Fees vary with size. $3.50/tire for 15” or smaller; $6.00/tire for 20” or smaller. Fees will be applied to utility bill. All tires must be off the rims for disposal.
