IH 35 Decorative Lighting Program
The City of Waco and the Texas Department of Transportation collaborated to install lighting enhancements along centrally-located sections of I-35 as part of roadway construction upgrades completed in 2023. The City has developed a lighting calendar to commemorate various holidays and recognitions, listed below.
