Waco is located 90 miles north of Austin, the Texas state capital, and 90 miles south of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Waco Regional Airport is critical to air travel for this region, offering great convenience for travelers to and from Central Texas.

Passengers are able to avoid the stress of driving more than an hour to the airports located at DFW, Austin or Killeen, and the difficult, often expensive task of parking.

Hours of Operation:

3:30 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week

Please arrive at least an hour and a half before your flight departure time to allow for other passengers in line.
Airline regulations require bags be checked no later than 45 minutes before your scheduled flight time.

Parking Information:

The Short-Term parking lot located directly in front of the terminal.

FREE parking is located near the Madison Cooper Terminal building. Short Term, Long Term, and 30-Minute Loading and Unloading are available as well.
