City of Waco May 2026 General Election

The general election for the City of Waco mayor (at-large) and the seats representing districts one and three will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026. Early voting will be held from April 20 to 28, 2026. View the voting schedule and locations.

Statewide Test of Emergency Alerting Systems

Update: The emergency test is now complete. Thank you for your cooperation.
On Thursday, April 2, Waco-McLennan County Office of Emergency Management will be participating in a statewide test of emergency alerting systems between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. No emergency action is required. The regular first-Friday testing schedule will resume in May.
