Description:
Members of the Cen-Tex African-American Chamber of Commerce are excited to share information about this year's annual Juneteenth event. We will hold the event all day on June 16 at Indian Spring Park, 113 S. University Parks Drive (Downtown across from the Hilton Hotel). Highlights include a 10 a.m. parade down Elm Avenue and a Kid’s corner from noon to 6 p.m. We will also have a deejay in the park all day and Gospel performances at 9 p.m. The lineup is as follows: 11:00 a.m. Special Activities 12 – 6 p.m. Kid’s Corner 12 – 3 p.m. Health Fair 3:00 p.m. Talent Hour 4:30 p.m. “DJ Style” in the park 7:00 p.m. Line Dance 9:00 p.m. Gospel in the ParkFor more information, visit: http://centexchamber.com• (254) 235-3204
