Youth and adult flag football leagues are held during the fall and winter. The City also partners with the HOT Youth Football Association to host tackle leagues. League games are held at the Lake Air Football Fields. |

Riverbend Park is a first-class baseball and softball venue. The complex includes eight fields Adult softball leagues are held through the year, along with baseball and softball tournaments for all ages. Field rentals at various parks are available. |
Each summer the TEAM WACO track and The youth train with college athletes at the Hart-Patterson Track and compete at weekly meets. The team also attends the annual Games of Texas each July.

The Bledsoe-Miller, Dewey and South Waco community centers have wellness rooms that are open daily. The rooms have a variety of weight machines and treadmills.

The Waco Regional Tennis and Fitness Center includes 18 lighted courts, including a 1,500 seat championship court. The complex also includes a complete fitness center, pro shop and bar-and-grill.
